Our in-house proprietary machine and process development capabilities allow us to control and enhance quality improvement while reducing costs. Another important element in meeting customers’ standards for quality and timeliness is our Quality Assurance Program. It includes vendor certification, preventive maintenance, and employee training in statistical process control methods, and special skills training in areas such as heat treatment and finishing. We conduct quality control tests and inspections at set-up, in process, and on the final product. Statistical process control techniques are used as a preventive measure to maintain control of manufacturing processes.
